Fairy dust is at Pier 39!
I got fairy dusted upon entrance. 
It's a cute little shop with lotsa fairy themed items. There were figurines, jewelry, posters. There were also costumes, oil candles, fairy dust, and much more. 
It's located on the second level of Pier 39.
